Massage rates were adjusted on July 1.

If you had already scheduled an appointment before the new rates took effect (including appointments beyond the date of the rate change), you’ll pay the previous rate —this increase will only apply to appointments booked on or after July 1st.

Additionally, the updated fee for late cancellation (within 24 hours) will be:

  • $60 for a 60 minute massage

  • $75 for a 75 minute massage

  • $90 for a 90 minute massage

  • Customized Massage

    The customized massage is tailored to each individual session. I may use a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy), myofascial release, cupping, sports massage, and Thai massage. Techniques may include gliding strokes, joint mobilization, percussion, stretching, and more. This option can be ideal for treating chronic and acute pain and can promote relaxation, stress-relief, increased range-of-motion, and improved sleep. Pressure can be variable, depending on your preference.

    60 min - $100

    75 min - $125

    90 min - $150

  • Thai Massage

    Thai Massage is a holistic bodywork experience that involves deep compressions, range of motion, and passive yoga stretches, staying within the boundaries of the individual client’s ability and comfort. Benefits can include: increased range of motion, release of fascial restrictions, reduced stress and anxiety, increased blood circulation, and improvement in posture, balance, and body alignment.

    Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing you can move in.

  • Prenatal Massage

    [The Prenatal Massage is for clients in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. If you are in your 1st trimester, please wait to book. Additionally, if your pregnancy is high-risk, please consult your doctor and receive their clearance before scheduling an appointment.]

    The prenatal massage is a customized massage, tailored to support and treat the specific needs of pregnant clients. Techniques and positioning are modified to ensure the safety and comfort of the client and the baby.
